Generally our fee is 12$/hr but we run promotions that may bring it down to 8$/hr. This is a flat fee to you. That’s starting from $1280/month for a full time dedicated experienced remote resource with no other costs to you.

We’re offering full time roles (40 hours a week) at a market competitive rate. Part time roles can be discussed dependent but the hourly rate may be comparatively higher.

You will guide the talent what needs to be done from them based on the role.

Our internal team brings multiple years of experience and continuously manages the quality of work and timeliness of the resources we have placed with you. Each internal team member manages multiple placements and will stay in constant touch with you.

We use Slack mostly along with a couple others. Be rest assured, you’ll get full accountability for the hours you’re paying for.

We can provide a replacement within a maximum of 4 days. Any hours for which work has been stopped in the middle will not be charged.

After our initial call where you’ll talk to the internal team as well as the talent we’ve aligned for you. We’ll send over a contract and the placement/work will start from the day agreed upon. Payments will be received via Stripe after every two weeks. To end it just give us a 2 weeks’ notice. At the start we take an evergreen retainer of 2 weeks hourly fee which is 100% refundable.
